Youth SLAM & Open Mic

If you’re under the age of 19 – come down and compete in our first ever youth slam. If you win you will win the opportunity to compete for a place on Calgary’s National Slam Team and you will present one poem at Calgary’s Urban Arts Festival.

On May 01 look for Calgary’s Urban Arts Festival co-presented by the City of Calgary Arts & Culture and Blue Collar Dance Company, where the winner of this Slam will perform as part of the Olympic Plaza Showcase.
