1:30-3:30 Regie Cabico (Washington DC) interviews Clifton Joseph (Toronto)

Crowd-pleasing show-stopper, Regie Cabico graced the stage to interview Dub poetry favourite, Clifton Joseph about the genre and culture from which Dub materialized, as well as its continued influence on Spoken Word as a whole. Originating in Jamaica, Dub stems from the rhythms and politics of reggae and Rastafarian culture and has brought the beauty and voice of the Caribbean Sea to North America.
